If there is an issue with a product that you received from Metal Significance, please contact us via email with your Name, Address, and the Piece ordered describing the issue. We take pride in all of or work and we will do everything we can to fix the problem. If you are still unhappy with the product we will refund you 100% minus shipping costs. All custom ordered pieces Have the same lifetime warranty although we cannot offer a refund as they are specific to the customer. It is up to the customer to thoroughly review the design before approval
